Protesters steal & tear Olympic flag at City Hall

Thieves vandalized the Olympic flagpole at Vancouver City Hall last night, cut the cable holding the flag, took down the emblem of the Olympic Games, destroying the flag in the process.
These mouth-breathers took the Olympic flag from where it flies at Vancouver City Hall. The cost to replace the flag? Not much actually. About 3 welfare cheques. These guys know how much that is.
The damage to Vancouver's reputation? We'll be fine, because I know Vancouverites will rally behind the games.
These Neanderthals are simply an irritant. Their stunts are costing you and I thousands in additional security and policing, and taking money away from those they purport to represent.
UPDATE: A group that plans to burn the Olympic flag distributed the following poster.
